SEED Energy Fair

On Saturday, May 7th, the BERC outreach program SEED hosted their annual Energy/Water Fair on UC Berkeley’s campus. Students from both the elementary school program at La Escuelita Elementary School in Oakland and the high school program at Berkeley High braved the rain to display the science projects they worked on during the spring semester.

The BERC 2015 Kickoff Meeting is Coming!

Come one, come all to BERC’s Fall 2015 Kickoff Meeting! It’ll be 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday September 8 – Blum Center, B100. Prospective members can get an idea of what BERC is all about and current members can catch up and meet the incoming group. We will go over all of the exciting things we have planned for this year and talk about how you can get involved.

Interested in an energy science outreach opportunity? Volunteers judges are needed for the annual SEED Energy Fair for elementary and high school students, which takes place on Saturday, May 2nd 2015 from 10:30 am-12:00 at the UC Berkeley Campanile Esplanade!
