We are a San Jose based solar startup looking to fill a process engineering opening in the near future. We are looking for candidates/students with a MS or Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering or relevant field with a strong background in Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) processing. Hands-on experience with deposition and film characterization is needed.

Position details :

Become part of the R&D team working on cell technology development and characterization. The role will entail Technology transfer of processes from R&D into Manufacturing. Additionally, development of new suppliers and supplier relationships will be needed as we address new challenges during product development. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, is able to work well in a high energy team environment and someone who is able to thrive in a startup environment.
