Energy Storage and Power LLC (ES&P) is a Bridgewater, New Jersey based joint venture between Fortune 200 energy leader Public Service Enterprise Group and energy storage inventor and pioneer Dr. Michael Nakhamkin. Energy Storage and Power was formed to exclusively market, license, support the development and supervise project execution of the second generation of Compressed Air Energy Storage ("CAES2") and power augmentation of combustion turbines by compressed air injection. Compressed Air Energy Storage has the ability to assist in fully utilizing the North America renewable energy sources such as wind and solar, and has the potential to help bring America to energy independence, and has ability to assist in realizing a reliable clean electric grid. CAES2 is one of the only proven, large scale, energy storage mediums that exists and could have an enormous market acceptance. The CAES2 reference units currently range from 15 MW with 4 hours of above-ground compressed air storage to 430 MW with below-ground storage. Power augmentation by compressed air is a greening technology improving a combustion turbine summer capacity (94 degree F) by ~20% to 30% while improving fuel efficiency and reducing NOx emissions. Job Description:

Director Business Development will lead the marketing and delivery of CAES2 units and power augmentation from identifying and contacting potential customers, developing the marketing and presentation materials, and lead clients through evaluation and contracting process to the project delivery phase. Position requires significant travel.

Requirements:

Large combustion turbine equipment sales experience

Extensive combustion turbine operations, construction and/or design experience

Large power project development experience on a non-recourse project finance basis

Extensive and diversified North American industry network for power generation and project delivery

15+ years of full-time work experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, namely PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word
